I've been watching a lot of Pushing Daisies lately and I'm mad that it only lasted 2 seasons. Why is it the best shows don't make it past one or two seasons. I don't think it's cause they're not good. I believe it's because not enough people know about them. So I can't believe I'm saying this but... make more commercials!! What I mean is, don't make MORE commercials; just take out the ones about useless crap that no one needs. Also those political commercials. Come on! We don't need to see the same one about the same person twice every commercial break of a program. It doesn't make me want to vote for you, it makes me want to not vote for you so I don't have to see your damn commercial anymore.

Anyway, back to my point of this whole blog. Chuck! Chuck is my favorite character on Pushing Daisies and also she's (in my opinion) the most stylish.  Her great hats. The dresses she wears. Even the ones when she's baking. It's kind of the whole Donna Reed making pies in her pearls and her big shirt dresses and her high heels. Who says woman can't look nice and bake. Now don't get me wrong I'm not as "whoo hoo!" for the whole the man can't get off his butt and help. But that's not my point right now. Also she's kinda like a superhero. Makes pies at the Pie Hole by day. Awakens the dead with her boyfriend Ned to find out who murdered them and then claims the reward by night. So anywho....

Supermarket Sarah!!!

I WANT, I NEED, I LOVE this shirt!!! 

I discovered a blog this evening called Bonjour Girl and one of her blogs told me about a a website called Supermarket Sarah. On this website well... I just have to say and for lack of a more intelligent and sophisticated word COMPLETELY and TOTALY AWESOME!! It's an amazing online store with terrific items from signs to clothing and everything in between. You look at the items through pictures of scene's I guess I'm not really sure how to describe it but the point is, is that it's unique and original. So Check it out! First Days...

I can tell you that as far as first days go things could be worse. No I'm just joking it could be a lot worse I believe this is a point where most normal teenagers would signify they made a joke by typing lol or jk. I'm very tired because I didn't sleep very good the other night ( too excited or worried I can't seem to tell those two emotions apart) and I had to wake up at 6:30 because the lazy days of summer are gone. :( No more sleeping in till 10:00 and then staying in my pajamas till noon and doing well.... whatever I did this summer. Anyway,

• Woke up. In a Daria mood. Check!

• Danced around my room listening to Blister in the Sun like Angela in My so Called Life. Check!

• Took a shower got ready, had a total Cher (Clueless) moment because my original outfit for my first day just wouldn't do. Check!

• Went to school got lost. Check!
• The awkward talking to people you don't know (or don't want to talk to) and don't know what to say..

• And then after about 6-7 hours and 6 class periods school was over. And now the awkward first day is over!

Oh I almost forgot!

• Went to Target and bought a kitty cat headband that I plan to wear everyday for the next year! Or just when I'm fighting crime with Batman and Robin. Oh and who could forget Batgirl.

Labor Day. It's probably the only holiday I dread but I'm thankful for it too. I hate that it's like an annoying voice saying "Schools coming! Schools coming! Summers ending! NA NA NA NA NA!!!!!!" Okay it's not that obnoxious and I bet a lot of people don't have a voice that sounds like an evil clown in there heads but still you get my point. Im also thankful for it too. Because if your gonna end something like summer you might as well do it in style.. and come on what's more stylish than a holiday.

For the past couple of weeks when I wasn't busy going on vacation and picturing what my first day of a new school with the big kids would be like I was watching (more like studying) movies and tv shows all about school and finding who you are or what you think the real you would... like.. be like. So for Labor Day I watched My So Called Life the whole day. But even further back I watched Daria, Gilmore Girls, Freaks and Geeks, Heathers and John Hughes films. And I've decided I'm a misfit. Actually I've known since I was in like kindergarden. I seem to fit in better with people who aren't like the usual crowd. But at this new school what I know about it and what I've seen people seem to all try to be the same. I hope I can find some misfit friends but if people run away because they think I'm weird I just have to remember all the people on these shows I love. Rory didn't make friends her first day at Chilton. She read and listened to her walk man while she ate lunch alone and it didn't bother her. She had friends back at home. Daria read and kept to herself at her other schools and who knows maybe I'll meet a Jane. Angela decided she didn't want to run with the pack and changed and she made friends with Rayanne and Rickie. I could go on forever and I think I got my point across. I should just be myself and, screw all the other people who are scared to be different. Weirdos and Freaks UNITE!! hahaha...

Bloggers Block: It Sucks!

I know I haven't posted in a while and well it's because i have a bad case of bloggers block and since summers over and schools back in session I decides to redo my blog. I mean it's gonna look the same and still be on funky styles. I'm going to do post that have to do with how to put pieces together and show off some of my own outfits. I mean of course i'll have pictures from the internet because I love love love sharing photos I found somewhere off the internet, usually Google images and Tumblr. And I hope I post something soon because I still haven't thought of anything! If you have any ideas, comments, or advice or you just want to give me a holler saying 'hi you actually have a follower' that would be awesome! Thanks!

I absolutely LOVE Jeremy Scott's new collection for fall. I love how part of the inspiration for the collection was based off of superheroes. Who needs to be a superhero for Halloween when you can dress like one everyday! There's also so many different elements to this collection but they all work together in the end and I think that's brilliant!
